CANCELLATION POLICY
lf you want to cancel due to your personal reasons after confirming the reservation (payment), you will be charged a cancellation fee or a penalty equivalent to the cancellation fee at the following rate.
Changes to reservations will also be treated the same as cancellations.
We cannot explain the details of cancellation fees.
