We are accepting booking tickets for popular Korean music programs!
FEE (PER TICKET)
*Tickets will be handed over on the day.
*Please note that due to the status of the arrangement, you may have to wait until the day.
*You are not allowed to bring your own camera or take pictures with your mobile phone when you enter the venue. (There may be a carry-in inspection at the time of admission.)
*Please bring your own passport on the day. (If you do not have it, you cannot enter)
*Due to the circumstances of the broadcasting station, there is a possibility that the ticket may be a non-designated seat.
*SBS "Inkigayo" is not available currently.
- Tickets cannot be reissued (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.).
- On the day of the event, the passport of the participant is required.
- Performance contents may change without notice due to local circumstances.
- If we cannot give you the ticket after the arrangement is completed, if there is a human error (lost or different contents of the ticket, etc.), we will re-arrange the ticket according to your request as much as possible.
If the ticket cannot be given due to force majeure, a full refund will be given. However, we cannot guarantee that the amount of the deposit or more will be exceeded.
- If the performance is cancelled, postponed or changed due to the organizer's reasons and it is unavoidable to cancel, the customer will be charged 10% of the basic reservation fee (ticket arrangement fee, cancellation processing fee) and bank transfer fee. We will refund the difference ticket price.
- Our business is to purchase tickets on behalf of you, and we are not responsible for any damage to you due to reasons other than wilful or otherwise.

Please make a payment so that we can confirm your payment within 2 business days after your reservation.
*We will send you a comment on payment confirmation on the next day. Please let us know if you don't have any comment from us.
*Please note that if you cannot confirm the payment by the payment date, the payment will be cancelled.
*Changes and cancellations are accepted based on business hours
(Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-13:00, lunch break 12:30-13:30, excluding Sundays and holidays)
If you contact us by e-mail after business hours, it will be accepted on the next business day.
- Ticket Arrangement
After confirming payment, we will arrange a ticket. You can check the amount of money, payment confirmation, change, correction, addition, cancellation application, processing result etc. on the reservation management page.
*If by any chance the ticket cannot be arranged, we will refund the full amount (except transfer fee)
*Please refer to the comments column where you can smoothly exchange questions and things you want to convey.
- Inform of the reservation result (details of the arrangement result)
Ticket arrangement results can be viewed from the reservation management page after the arrangement is completed.
*Even after the seat is confirmed, we may change the seat due to unavoidable circumstances.
*Reception of change/cancel is open on business hours

If you contact us by e-mail during non-business hours, it will be for the next business day.
- How to receive tickets
It will be handed over locally or delivered by EMS. Please note that we will respond depending on the situation of the day of our company.
If you want to cancel due to your personal reasons after confirming the reservation (payment), you will be charged a cancellation fee or a penalty equivalent to the cancellation fee at the following rate.
Changes to reservations will also be treated the same as cancellations.
