Basic Reservation Fee is USD 30
The basic fee is a deposit to be paid in advance, and the tour fee on the day will be charged separately depending on the number of people.
Please note that the transfer account number will be announced when the application is received.

*Please note that if the minimum number of participants is less than 6, the event will be cancelled or the event will be held at additional charge.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. This tour will guide you to the military units where the artists and actors of your choice are to be discharged. We cannot guarantee the presence or absence of greetings on the day and permission to take photographs.
2. Details of the place and time will be announced later after the final confirmation of the participants.
3. We will not issue a refund after the basic deposit has been paid.
4. According to the intantion of the company and the individual, even if the tour is closed to the public on the day of the tour, the tour will basically be held, so we will not be able to refund you the basic reservation fee for cancellation.
5. If MY STAR TOUR cannot guide your due to a mistake or force majeure, we will refund the full amount of the deposit, but we cannot guarantee to refund more than the amount of deposit.
6. It may take longer time than expected due to traffic jam.
7. The contents of the information may be changed due to local circumstances.
8. We are not responsible for any damage caused by you other than willful or negligent acts.

We will contact you in the comments column after we received your reservation.

Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the due date, it will be treated as cancellation. Changes and cancellations will be accepted based on business hours
(Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-13:00 day, Lunch Break 12:30-13:30, excluding Sunday&Public Holidays)
If you contact us by e-mail during non-business hours, it will be accepted on the next business day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you want to cancel due to your personal reasons after confirming the reservation (payment), you will be charged a cancellation fee or a penalty equivalent to the cancellation fee at the following rate.
Changes to reservations will also be treated the same as cancellations.
We cannot explain the details of cancellation fees.

All the cancellation fee will be charged per person.
The customer will be responsible for the transfer fee between banks in case of refund
